5.3. CONNECTING THE EQUIPMENT TO THE WATER SUPPLY
For heat exchangers with threaded connections, tightening is carried out while gripping
the tube bank's manifold with the correct tool so that the stress is not transmitted to the
manifold, thus avoiding damage to the latter.

The water tube banks must operate countercurrent to the flow of air in order to perform
correctly. Accordingly, the fluid inlet must be connected to the manifold located on the
air outlet side and the fluid outlet to the manifold located on the air inlet side as shown in
the diagrams below:
