T h e b u r n e r d o e s n o t s t a r t u p .
(the equipment does not perform the start
up program)
Poorly shaped flame with smoke and
soot.
1) Thermostats (boiler or room) or pressure
switches are open
2) No current, either main switch is open, or
meter circuit breaker open or mains failure
3) Thermostat line is not made according to the
diagram, or a thermostat is open
4) Fault in the appliance
1) Not enough combustion air
2) Combustion chamber too small or of
unsuitable shape
3) Nozzle with inadequate flow with respect to
the combustion chamber size
4) Refractory lining unsuitable or excessive
5) Boiler or chimney ducts blocked
6) Atomization pressure too low

1) Increase their value or wait until they
activate due to natural reduction of the
temperature or pressure
2) Activate switches or wait for power to return
3) Check connections and thermostats
4) Replace
1) Increase the combustion air flow
2) Decrease diesel flow rate in function of the
combustion chamber (thermal power will
obviously be lower than necessary) or
replace the boiler
3) Increase nozzle flow rate by replacing it
4) Modify it according to the boiler
manufacturer's instructions
5) Arrange to be cleaned
6) Restore it at the required value
