ACTION
Ensure that the printer is connected
to the MININEPH
PLUS
plug (RS232)
Ensure printer settings are correct
(see section 4.4.1)
Do not press PRINT button unless a
duplicate printout is required
Press ESC button, follow
instructions, press 2=N for lot
number check, swipe card and
repeat assay
Re-start the assay session and
select „1 = Prime‟ when the option is
offered. Always refill the buffer bottle
or use a fresh bottle of buffer before
priming.
If bubbles are persistent and are not
removed by 2 primes then agitate
the tubing while priming. To remove
bubbles from line A, agitate line A
while the syringe is moving in a
downward direction. To remove
bubbles from line B or from the
pipette line agitate the tubing while
the syringe is moving in an upward
direction.
Check all tubing connections and
replace any detached lengths of
tubing (see section 7)
