1. Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating as
indicated on the product identification plate.
2. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.
3. Close supervision is necessary when any product is used by or near children or invalids. Do not
allow children to use it as a toy.
4. Do not operate any product with a damaged cord or plug, after the product malfunctions, is
dropped or appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the Technical Services
for inspection, repair or replacement.
5. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the product or flexible cord to rain,
moisture or any liquid.
6. This product should not be used in the immediate vicinity of water, such as bathtub, washbowls, and
swimming pool etc. where the likely hood of immersion or splashing could occur.
7. Switch off and unplug from outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and
before cleaning. Fully assemble the fan before switching on.
8. Avoid contacting moving parts. Do not insert any object through the grill when the fan is operating.
9. Do not cover the grill, or operate in close proximity to curtains, etc.
10. Always disconnect the fan when moving it from one location to another.
11. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may
cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
12. When fan not in use, please disconnect AC plug from mains power supply.
13. This product is intended for normal domestic/household use only.
14. Use only clean water in tank and drain away water which has been in the basin for more than 3
days.
15. Make sure the drain plug (below the appliance) is secured and locked tight before filling and after
draining.
WARNING
Do not expose the fan to water. Do not attempt to access inside the motor housing or switch assembly
especially when connected to mains power supply.
