PREPARATION & INSTALLATION
Remove parts of the unit from its packaging. Put it on an even and flat platform before operation.
Base: Set the Base (19) on a level dry surface and insert five wheels (21) Into the Base (19).Insert the
threaded end of the Body (16) into the Base (19)and then Base Nut (20).
Upper Pole: Connect the both of Connection Terminal (13) well, and place the Upper Pole (12) into the
top of Body(16) twist Locking Screw(14) clockwise to lock.
Rear Grill Guard: Unscrew the Rear Grill Mounting Nut (5) on the front of the Motor by turning counter
clockwise. Mount the Rear Grill Guard (8) to the motor front cover by Matching 3 holes on the Motor
Housing (10). And then secure the Rear Grill Guard (8) to the Motor Housing (10) by tightening the Rear
Grill Mounting Nut (5)
Fan Blade: Put the Fan Blade (4) onto the Motor Shaft (9) by matching the Shafts slots with the blades
slot, tighten the Fan Blade (4) with Blade Cap (3) by turning it counter clockwise. Test Fan Blade by
rotating with your hands, make sure there isn't any contact with the nut, the fan blade should rotate
freely, otherwise repeat all steps again, beginning from step(6).
Front Grill Guard :Mount Front Grill Guard (2) onto Rear Grill Guard (8) by hanging the top hook clip of
Front Grill Guard(2) over the top of the Rear Grill Guard (8).Close the Grill Lock(7) all around the grill.
Mist Pipe: Insert the threaded end of the Mist Pipe (22) into the Mist Outlet (1).
