WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty does not cover: consumables (batteries, etc.) and damage caused by: incorrect use, incorrect instal-
lation, third party intervention, deterioration through physical impact or electric shock, dropping, or atmospheric
phenomena.
• Do not open the appliance as this will void the warranty.
• When returning the appliance for eventual servicing, protect the screen to avoid scratches.
• Only clean using a soft cloth, do not use solvents. The guarantee is void if parts have been dismantled. Before
cleaning, disconnect or power off the appliance.

Solution
• Check that the adapter plug is correctly
fitted
• Check that the wires used are the correct
size and that the connection wires for the vid-
eophone are not in the same sheath as the
230V.
• Use at least 5 m of wire
• Do not expose the lens of the camera
directly to sunlight or to a reflective surface.
• Check the settings
• The wires connecting the monitor and the
outside station are reversed (1 and 2)
• Correct the connection
• Correct the connection and cut the power
supply for 10 seconds
