WARNING
Rotating parts!
Wear a hairnet!
Wear only protective clothing or securely
fastened clothing that fits snugly.
WARNING
Tool may start up automatically
if option is available:
Do not short circuit the safety lever on the
trigger lever!
Set the rotary valve (air regulation) to the
zero position before assembling or dis-
mantling the system.
WARNING
Abrasives and tools may be ejected!
Make sure the tool is seated securely!
No-load operation prohibited!
Observe the maximum speed and circum-
ferential speed of the tools used!
Never use wire brushes!
- Collet chuck support:
Insert the abrasive / tool at least 15 mm.
- Belt grinder:
Always release the grinding arm before
starting work.
- Angle grinder:
Do not operate without a protective hood.
CAUTION
Vibrations transmitted from tool to op-
erator during load operation.

Workpiece or metal shavings may be
very hot!

mals, property, and the environment by
taking the necessary protective measures
and being trained in use of the devices to
prevent harm to your health, property
damage, financial
harm or risk of accident.
• Be calm and focused and ensure proper
operation.
• Repairs may be carried out only by
Schneider Druckluft GmbH or its approved
service partners.
• Prohibited: manipulation, inappropriate
use, temporary repairs, use of other ener-
gy sources, removal or use of damaged
safety equipment, operating a leaking or
malfunctioning system, use of non-original
spare parts, exceeding the permitted
working pressure specified (max. + 10%),
working without protective equipment,
transporting / maintaining / repairing or
leaving a pressurised machine unattended,
using other / unsuitable lubricants, smok-
ing, naked flames, removing stickers.
• Prohibited: Use of tools or abrasives oth-
er than those specified, touching rotating
parts.

2.4 Commissioning

Before start-up:
1. Carry out a visual inspection.
2. Do not use below 5° C.
3. If present: Install the air supply / dis-
charge hose (item 15).
Compressed air connection:
1. Install an upstream maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oil-
er.
