APPLICATION
The SALAD BAR LINE "MUSIC" catering refrigeration units are designed for daily display and
conservation of food intended for immediate consumption in hotels, restaurants, trattorias,
pizzerias, delicatessens and supermarkets.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The SALAD BAR LINE "MUSIC" catering refrigeration units are constructed basically as fol-
lows:
•
machine structure and base made of solid painted wood (non-painted on request),
the "DROP-IN" model's base is a stainless steel sheet metal;
•
satin-finish AISI 304 stainless steel internal container (AISI 316 for mod. 4/fish) insu-
lated with foamed polyurethane resins, with total perimeter upper surround;
•
post-formed worktop, DROP-IN models excluded;
•
polycarbonate or toughened glass hood complete with internal lighting controlled by
switch;
•
handle for opening and closing the hood, if not fixed;
•
static type refrigeration with ventilated condenser and copper coil evaporator;
•
sealed type condenser unit and air condensation with electronic thermoregulator for
automatic temperature control;
•
condensation water drain system;
•
wheels on base of unit, DROP-IN models excluded;
•
control panel.
