Review the information in the table below to troubleshoot operating problems.
Problem
No shaking movement

Routine cleaning and maintenance

Use a damp cloth (mild soap solution) to wipe clean the housing and surfaces of the appliance.
Important: Never use chlorine bleach or chlorine-based detergents, scouring agents, ammonia, cleaning wool
or cleaning agents with metallic components to clean the appliance, as these would damage the surfaces of
the appliance.
The appliance is maintenance-free. Any repairs which may be necessary must be carried out by an
authorized technician.

Avoid of Accidents and Damage of the Instrument
To ensure the feet adhere securely to the table top, clean the feet at regular intervals using a damp cloth and
ethanol.

Cause
The ON/OFF switch is not switched on
(see Operation, page 19).
The slide switch is not in the right
position (see Operation, page 19.).
The speed selected is too low.
In tilt operation, not enough pressure on
the tray.
In tilt operation, the reaction vessel
exerts pressure on the tray at an angle.
The motor is defective.
The switch is defective
The control electronics are defective.

Check the mains lead and power supply.
