Step 1. Assemble fitting set:
1. Insert stay bar (1) into fitting adjustor (2)then cover stay bar (1) end by plastic end-cap (3).
2. Mount the fitting adjustor (2) with stay clamp (4) on carrier cross bar by bolts (5) and do not
fully tighten the bolts at this step.
Step 2. Installation:
1. Hold the carrier to the frame and check the proper height to adjust the slide plate (10) then
attach to the eyelets on frame dropouts.
2. Adjust fitting set position (the stays can be adjusted to different angles, directions and ex-
tension length) and bolts (7) to mount on seat stay eyelets.
3. After finding the suitable position, tighten the fitting clamp bolts (5), stay bar bolts (7) on
seat stay and the slide plate bolts (M5 x 12 mm) on dropouts eyelets securely.
Step 3. Instruction:
To expand the rack
Pressing the two red buttons (8) at the same time with fingers until fully depressed then
moving side frame (9) up into a horizontal position with a click sound.
To fold the rack.
Pressing the two red buttons (8) down at the same time to release carrier side frame then
gently fold the side frame (9) down.
ATTENTION: Continually check tight set of all bolts!
Note to the maximum load weight of 25 kg.
