E. To obtain the guarantee service relative to manufacturing defects and faults the helmet
must be given to an authorised dealer presenting the enclosed coupon confirmed by the
dealer's stamp and date or the sales receipt.
F. The KAPRIOL guarantee is null and void if the helmet has undergone wear and tear,
been tampered with, repaired by personnel not authorised by KAPRIOL or used for purpo-
ses other than those for which the helmet was designed.
THE KAPRIOL GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:
A. any personal injury or any other damage or accident due to incorrect use, negligence,
injury, wear and tear, rough treatment, routine and incorrect use or incorrect maintenance
or treatment of the helmet in question;
B. defects or irregular performance that may occur after the expiry of the guarantee;
C. damage or irregular performance caused by incorrect or irregular use, changes made
to the original structure or work carried out by personnel not authorised by the KAPRIOL
assistance service;
D. alterations or changes to the guarantee certificate, namely incorrect, imprecise or in-
complete data and faults and defects deriving from nonconformity of the sales contract;
E. damage to the shell, visor, strap and outer and inner covering due to wear and tear,
incorrect use or falls, transport;
F. battery in the helmets in which it is supplied;
G. damage by liquids (e.g. water, acetone, paints, solvents, etc.) and damage due to not
observing the maintenance and use instructions attached to the product.
The above conditions are limited by an assessment by KAPRIOL of the state of wear of
the helmet.
