Meat Grinder Use instructions
RECEIPT STUFFED KIBBE
Cover
500 g of sliced lamb
500 g of wheat
1 onion
1 – Use the fine cutting plate (15) to mince several times meat and wheat, and add onion
at last.
2 – Mix and mince again for several times.
3 – Make kibbe forms using the kibbe attachments (21).
Stuffing
400 g of lamb
1 oil spoon
2 chopped onion
1-2 spoon(s) of spices
1 spoon of flour
Salt
Pepper
1 – Use the fine cutting plate (15) to mince meat.
2 – Cook onion utnil golden color and add meat.
3 – Add the other ingredients and cook for 1/2 minutes.
4 – Remove fat and leave meat cool down.
How to make kibbe
1 – Push the stuffing into the tube using the kibbe attachment (21).
2 – Cut 8 cm pieces.
3 – Then to make kibbe, close the ends by exerting pressure. Fill
each tube with a little stuffing and close the other end.
4 – Fry in hot oil (190 degrees) for about 6 minutes, until Kibbe are
well cooked .
