4. Mode of Operation and How to Ride
Different modes:
FURY has 3 different modes: manual mode, beginner mode and advanced mode.
Manual mode: Before the Go Button is pressed, the scooter is always under the manual mode, and it works as same as the normal three wheels kick
scooter. (Figure 4)
Beginner mode: Switch the Mode Button to "1", the scooter is set to the beginner mode, and the maximum speed at this mode is 6km/h (Figure 5).
Advanced mode: Switch the Mode Button to "2", the scooter is set to the advanced mode, and the maximum speed at this mode is 10km/h ( Figure 5).
IMPORTANT: Before the Go Button is pressed, please make sure that you are skilled on how to steer the scooter through tilt&turn. Otherwise, please
keep pratice under the manual mode until you have mastered the steering skill well.
5. How to Ride ( Figure 6&7).
• Push the scooter, and a long beep of "di---"will be heard, which means the motor is turned on.
• Put one of your feet onto the deck, and kick the scooter to give it a minimum speed of 3.5km/h while pressing the Go Button, then it runs!
• If you want to slow down, please tap the brake pad or release the Go Button. Please be aware that the scooter will speed up again if you release the
brake pad and press the throttle button again within 3 seconds.
• If you want to stop, please keep pushing the brake pad or release the Go Button continuously for 3 seconds.
• When the scooter stays inactive for 60seconds, a short beep of "di---"will be heard, which means the scooter is turned off automatically. If the buzzer
keeps alarming, it means that the battery level is low. Please stop riding and try to charge the battery.
6. Use of battery
6.1 Charging
• Ensure charging port is dry.
• Open the charging port. Plug the charging cable into the scooter, then connect the cable with the power supply (100V~ 240V; 50/60 Hz). The red light
indicates that it has begun to charge, otherwise check whether the cable is connected.
• When the indicator light goes from red to green, it indicates that battery is fully charged. This takes approximately 3-4 hours. Stop charging when the
LED turns green; charging the battery for too long time will reduce its lifetime.
• The protective cover is used to protect the charging port from splashing water or dust. Be sure to replace the cap after each charging and before each
use.
• Only use the charger supplied with your electric scooter. Using a charger other than supplied will invalidate the warranty.
• To optimize the performance and lifetime of your electric scooter battery, fully charge the battery before using it for the first time and fully charge it
once a month.
• Do not cover the battery compartment or the charger. There must be good ventilation conditions at all times during charging.
• The charging environment must be clean. Ensure there are no traces of damp or water in the electric socket before plugging in.
• Ensure you use a standard socket.
6.2 Battery Power (Figure 8).
Do not use the battery or the device in the following cases:
• The battery gives off a smell or the temparature inside the applicance is too high.
• Leaks on the deck of the scooter.
Important:
• Children and animals are forbidden to touch battery.
• The charger must be taken out before installing or driving or it may cause danger.
• Battery contains dangerous substances, do not open the battery, and do not insert anything into the battery.
• The electric scooter battery should be disposed of according to local law.
