7. Storage and Maintenance
The electric scooter requires the user to do routine maintenance. This chapter describes maintenance steps and important operating tips.
Before you perform the following operations, ensure the power is turned o and the charging cable is disconnected.
7.1 Store the electric scooter
Fully charge your battery before storing.
If you store the electric scooter more than one month, please charge it at least every three months.
If the storage ambient temperature is below O C, please do not charge. You can bring the electric scooter into a warm environment
(above 10 C) for charging.
To prevent dust from entering the electric scooter, you should cover the electric scooter.
Store the electric scooter indoors in a dry and suitable temperature. If you do not use it for a long time, please do not connect the power.
7.2 Maintenance
Regularly check the general condition of the product, and contact the place of purchase if any parts need to be changed (rusted
components, worn out wheels, etc...). Regular checks will increase the lifetime and enhance the safety of the product.
Ensure to:
Disassemble, clean and lubricate the scooter every 6 months.
Regularly check self-locking nuts and other self-locking xings. They may lose their e ectiveness after some time.
To remove the wheels:
Unscrew the centre bolts using a wrench / Allen key and remove the wheel. Replace by a new wheel or wheel bearing. Screw back in the
bolt. Note: Going through water, oil or sand may damage the wheel bearings.
8. Maintenance and care
Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the product. DO NOT over wet the cloth, use alcohol, industrial cleaners or solvents as they
might damage the product.
Plastic and metal parts
The plastic and metal parts must be cleaned with a damp soft cloth and dried with dry soft cloth.
Do not let the product exposed to the harmful e ect of external factors - direct sunlight, rain, snow or wind. This may lead to damage of
the metal and plastic parts and fading of the fabrics of the crib.
When you are not using the product, store it at a dry and well ventilated place, not in dusty, humid premises with very high or very low
room temperatures.
From time to time check all plastic parts that are hanged on the frame. Tighten all screw and bolts if necessary.
