8、Troubleshooting
Please, read to below to solve different problems and solutions.
1. The mobile phone is turned on and requests "PIN code"
Check that the PIN code is activated.
You must enter the pin code which is the same code you will
use to unlock the phone
2. Open the phone to request the "Insert SIM card"
Check that the SIM card is inserted and in place.
3.The mobile phone is turned on and shows requests "Please
enter the phone lock code"
You set the phone lock.
You must enter a password to unlock the phone.
4. No network
You may not be in network coverage range.
5. No sound when pressing the keys
Check to see if mute is activated
Check the settings menu.
6. No incoming call tone
Check to see if mute is activated.
Check the settings menu.
