USAGE PURPOSE
The machine is intended for cutting ceramic floor and wall
tiles. The machine is not intended for grinding the tiles
using the side surface of the cutting disk. Doing so may
hazardously damage the saw and the electric motor itself.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the
device is payable by the user!

BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity
and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please contact
your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and
document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn
the package upside down! When transporting the package,
please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable. Please
keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and
styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can be
sent back to the service centre in accurate condition.
DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic
straps, polyurethane foam) should be conserved, so that
the device can be sent back to the service center in best
conditions in case of problem!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
Appliance location
The work surface where the device will be located must be
suitable for the size of the appliance, please refer to the
measurements. The work surface must be levelled, dry,
heat-resistant and at a fitting height from the ground to
enable a proper use of the de¬vice.
The power cord connected with the appliance must be
properly grounded and correspond to the technical details.
Preparing for use
Remove the device from the box and unwrap
protective films.
Fasten the parallel guide to the saw, and fix it with
the included clamping bolts.
Ensure that the cutting disk guard is fixed properly:

mounted, there is no play and that it does not rub on
other saw elements by gently spinning it with your
1
hand. Make sure that the saw rotation direction is
in accordance with the rotation direction shown on
the saw blade.
USE
1.
Each and every time make sure the tile saw is
switched off. If the red "O" button is engaged – the
device is off, if the green "1" button is engaged – the
device is on.
2.
Loosen the guard fixing knob (5) and put the guard
(3) in such a position that its lower edge was several
millimetres above the tile surface.
3.
Fill the tank (9) with cold water. CAUTION
– when using the machine, check the water level
systematically. If needed, add water.
3.1.
LONGITUDINAL CUTTING
a)
Loosen the fixing bolts of the parallel guide (8), put it
in the required position, making sure it is parallel to
the disk (4). Lock it by tightening the bolts (8):
3.2.
LATERAL CUTTING
a)
For lateral cutting, use the lateral cutting gauge (10):
3.3.
BEVELLING AT 45°
a)
Loosen the clamping bolts (2) on both sides of the
machine.
b)
Set the required table tilt angle (7):
Rev. 17.10.2017
c)
Tighten the clamping bolts (2).
d)
Set the parallel guide in such a way that the disk
does not cut the lower edge (face) of the tile.
4.
Connect the device to the mains and turn it on with
the switch (1). Wait a few seconds for the disk to
reach its peak rotational speed.
5.
Put the tile on the working table, pressing it against
the guide used for the given job.
6.
Cut the tile by pushing it towards the rotating disk.
CUTTING DISK REPLACEMENT
1.
Disconnect the device from the mains.
2.
Remove the water tank:
3.
Undo the disk guard bolts and take the guard out:
4.
Unfasten the disk using two spanners. Hold the shaft
with one and undo the fixing nut on the shaft with
the other:
5.
Remove the clamping flange and the worn out disk.
6.
Install a new disk observing the sense of rotation of
the machine. Install the clamping flange and lock it
with the nut. Install and tighten the shield.
GENERAL COMMENTS
After use, always turn off the tile saw by pressing the
red "0" button!
Only use cutting disks with parameters specified in
the user manual
Slide the tile slowly and steadily, in accordance with
the sense of rotation of the cutting disk.
Never use dull disks, as that can deteriorate the
cutting quality and cause the disk to jam inside the
tile.
During cutting, the disk ejects small amounts of
water onto the working table.
Regularly check the water level in the tank. Replenish
the water if its level drops below the minimum, and
replace the water if it is highly contaminated.
Pay attention to the chips and shreds which may be
generated when cutting the tiles.
Always cut with the disk guard down.
