How quickly the milk is heated is dependent on the temperature of the milk that is used
and the programme selected. For the best possible result, we recommend using cold milk
from the fridge for frothing.
To switch between the different programmes, press the On / Off button several times.
Markings in the Milk Jug
The milk jug (6) contains three different markings (PICTURE B):
MAX
Maximum fi ll level for heating without frothing (approx. 230 ml)
MIN
Maximum fi ll level for frothing (approx. 130 ml)
Please Note! The marking between the MIN and MAX marking indicates the maximum fi ll
level if milk is to be frothed (approx. 200 ml).
Preparation
PLEASE NOTE!
•
Do not fi ll the milk jug if it is positioned in the base station! Remove the milk jug from
the base station to fi ll it.

Never use the milk jug without the lid. Hot milk could spray out during frothing and
heating.
When the device is fi rst used, production-related additives (e. g. grease) may cause a
small amount of smoke and / or an odour to be produced. This is normal and not a
device defect.
