After each use of the appliance rinse the system with fresh cold water.
Additionally to preheating the system ventilation after each use is playing a
major role. This reduces the collection of coffee grain in the brew head.
•
It is of major importance to use only coffee made for household espresso
machines.
The ideal amount of coffee is about 1 measuring spoon per cup. Press the cof-
fee slightly insert the filter as described above. The correct brewing time is
about 20 to 30 seconds. Soak the filter and the coffee bowl occasionally in a
solution of one part vinegar and five parts water to remove coffee residue.
Rinse thoroughly with hot water. To maintain the gasket between the filter and
the brew head and to prevent deformation remove the filter from the brew head
when the machine is not used.

•
The ON/OFF Switch is not turned on
•
The plug is not plugged into a socket
•
The Filter is in the wrong position or is not closed
firm enough. Remove the filter than refit or switch
off the machine and tighten the filter

The filter has been left in the brew head for a long
time. The rubber gasket is deformed. Replace the
gasket

Coffee is on the rubber gasket Please wipe off

The rubber gasket of the brew head does not seal
properly anymore and should be replaced

Too much coffee in the filter

Water tank is empty

Water tank is not positioned properly

The siphon tube is bended or not positioned in the
