Pour the neutralised liquid down the drain using the
pouring aid on the outflow opening (2).
GB
If the amount of liquid (water and solvent) used
is greater than the capacity of the deliming
device's container, open the stop valve in the
supply line and the multifunctional valve and let
the liquid drain from the boiler until the filling
mark is reached. Set the multifunctional valve to
0 and close the stop valve in the supply line.
Neutralise as above.
Pour 20 liters of water into the KalkEx-Mobil and
rinse everything thoroughly with water. Rinse the
gas flow heater thoroughly at the cold and warm
settings. Check the reactive anode and replace if
necessary.
Passivating the delimed device
Passivating the cleaned metal surfaces reduces
susceptibility to corrosion.
Pour NAW liquid (according to description of NAW
liquid) into the KalkEx-Mobil and pump it through
the delimed device.
Check the pH value using indicator paper. If the pH
value is between 6.5 and 10.0, the passivating
agent can be disposed of. If the pH value is over
10.0, add deliming agent until the pH value is
below 10.0. While doing so, use the KalkEx-Mobil
with the multifunctional valve set to 0 for mixing.
Remove the valves of the connection hoses from
the device and insert plugs. Drain the KalkEx-Mobil
and thoroughly rinse with water.
Re-establish the water connections of the device
and check for leaks. Reconnect gas/power.
