-Never touch the appliance moving parts. Do not place any
object which might obstruct or cause damage to the apparatus.
-The machine can only be used by one person at a time.
-Place the machine on a horizontal, straight and flat surface.
Remember that to avoid any breakdown the machine should only
be used in open areas. Do not place it near any sharp objects and
never use close to water.
-Remember that when you are using the machine you are exer-
cising, and consequently you should use adequate clothing and
footwear. Do not use any clothing that might get caught and obs-
truct the machine mechanism.
-If you note any abnormal symptoms, such as dizziness, nausea,
or pains in your chest,etc... immediately stop the training session
and visit your doctor.
-The use of the machine should be limited to that for which it was
designed and keeping always to the instructions included in this
manual.
-To avoid any sprains or ill effects, please carry out warming up
exercises to tone up your muscles accordingly.
-Remember that the machine should only be used if it is working
properly.
-Please only use the accessories that are recommended by the
manufacturer.
-Please keep your hands away from the moving parts of the
apparatus.
-Please ensure that all the screws are tightened down sufficiently
before starting any exercise.
-PLEASE REMEMBER ANY PERSONS WITH HEALTH PRO-

BEGINNING A PROGRAMME OF EXERCISES.
ASSEMBLY
-Take out all the parts from a box and clean a surface where you
are going to assemble a device.
-Take a main base and fit a back support into with 2 screws pro-
vided. For this dismantle a plastic part, fit a main part into a devi-
ce and fix it behind with 2 screws provided until it will be tightened
correctly.
-Then place a counter into a back support.
-Finally fit each end of each stretcher in their correct positions:
one of the ends into the wheels and others into a base of an exer-
cise bench.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
-Before starting your exercise, place a device on the floor with a
flat and horizontal surface in a clear area.
-Remember that with this device you can do different exercises.
-Sit down on a padded seat, take the tapes by your hands from
each side and bend your knees, then press with your back to get
them down to the maximum, repeat this movement as many times
as possible.
-The same exercise you can do placing your hands crossed on
the breast or intertwining them behind your neck (see the pictu-
res).
-Start an exercise slowly to take a rhythm and to get used to a
device position.
-If your physical state is not good, do not force your body and use
a device 10 minutes during first days. Go increasing your exerci-
se time as you get a good physical state.
-This device has 5 different functions in its counter:
STEP/MIN: Counts sit-ups made per minute
SCAN: This function permits to see each 4 seconds in rotary way
the following measures: time, speed, done distance and calories.
COUNT: Shows all the sit-ups done during all the sessions.
TIME: Shows time passed.
CAL: Shows calories used during an exercise.
-Press a button placed on a display or start an exercise. Thus a
display starts to work.
-To consult your gotten exercise results, read carefully the follo-
wing procedure: To fix a function you want to see during your
exercise, press continuously a button until a function desired is
fixed on a display (STEP/MIN, COUNT, TIME, CAL).
-This device has an automatic switch off function that means: if
