CAUTION
The plate becomes very hot in a few seconds. Avoid any contact
between the hot surfaces of the appliance and skin, especially ears,
eyes, face and neck after having connected the appliance to the power
supply. The plate becomes very hot if set to the maximum temperature
and hence should be done very carefully because if improperly used or
if the temperature is not correctly selected the appliance may overheat
or even burn the hair. When you use the plate for the first time, always
select a moderate temperature and do a test on a lock of hair to verify
that the selected temperature is suitable for your hair type.
INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure that your hair is clean, dry and without knots.
Insert the plug into the wall socket and press the on-off button.
The red LED comes on indicating a high temperature of 210 °C. Press the on/
off button again to set lower temperatures.
Select the desired temperature (150 °C-170 °C-190 °C-210 °C). The LED
corresponding to the set temperature comes on and the product starts to
heat up. When the appliance is used for the first time some smoke and a
particular scent may be emitted: this is to be expected but is noticeable only
during initial use.
HANDLING ADVICE
Divide the hair into locks before you start styling. Start with the lower locks.
Take a lock of hair and insert it between the two plates near the roots of the
hair, but avoid getting too close to the scalp, press the handle to close the
plate and wait a few seconds.
Position the iron lower and avoid going over the same locks that are already
wavy. Use this procedure for the entire length of the hair and always let the
locks cool down completely before modelling.
When you have finished using the appliance, press the on/off button to turn
off the curling iron. Remove the plug and always wait until the appliance has
completely cooled down before storing it.

TEMPERATURE SELECTION

It is recommended that you select:
- A low temperature for fine and fragile hair
- A medium to low temperature for wavy hair
- A medium to high temperature for curly, hard-to-straighten, thick and
strong hair.
It is recommended that you ask your trusted hairdresser what temperature
to use on your hair type.
