CHECKS and INSPECTION AFTER INSTALLATION
To ensure the safety and long-lasting operation of the gate, check that:
1) The torque set for the Master and Slave gates is sufficient for moving the gates
2) the ground stops are stable and will not yield under the action of motorised gates
3) the photocells are correctly aligned to one another (green LEDS L1 and L2 on)
4) all green LEDs on Elpro 35M and Elpro 35S boards are on
If programming has been performed, it is advisable to position all dip-switches to off (except dip 11, which identifies
right and left installation of the Bart 350 Master). Then, disconnect electrical power for 4-5 seconds and, once power
has been restored, give an opening pulse to the system.
The "LED" device on the protective casing is BLUE when the automatism is working properly. It flashes or becomes ORANGE in the

Bart 350 is to be sold and installed as a comprehensive "Automatic System", including the accessories and components as recommended by the
Manufacturing Company. In observance of the current directives, any automation is to be regarded as a "machine". Therefore it is required that all the
applicable safety norms are strictly complied with by installation agents, who are also required to issue a Declaration of Conformity.
The manufacturing company is not liable for incorrect applications or misuse of its products
that are declared to be produced in compliance with the following norms:
- Analysis of the risk and actions to cure them: EN 12445 and EN 12453
- Low Voltage Directive: 2006/95 CE
- Electro-magnetic Compatibility Directive: 2004/108/CE and 92/31 CEE
In order to certify the product the Manufacturer declares under his own responsibility
the compliance with the PRODUCT regulations under the NORMS EN 13241-1

handle accidentally removed
- In the 5 previous manoeuvres, the
gate showing a fault was not able to
automatically close due to an obstacle
that would not allow correct movement of
the gate itself.
- Photocell malfunction on DSA control
carried out before movement
- Detects the continuous presence of
an obstacle or possible friction during
movement
- Photocells not aligned

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

DECLARES UNDER ITS OWN RESPONSIBILITY THAT:
Operations
- Perform programming (pg.28)
- Check all NC contacts
(green LEDs must all be on)
- Check conditions of all fuses
- Enable the Torque Trimmer to increase it
- Align photocells and verify conditions
- Check the line and all fuses
- Put the handle in lock position (pg.31) and lock
- check the hexagonal hole where the unlocking handle is fitted:
the round sticker must be in vertical position (pg.30)
- Remove obstacles and give
an opening/closing command
- Re-align Photocells
- Disconnect power to photocells for a few seconds
- Remove obstacles and give an
opening/closing command
- Increase torque using Trimmers
- Align photocells
