DESCRIPTION
This hot air generator is a handy liquid gas fired heater characterized by the total exploitation of the calorific power of the
fuel, thanks to the thermal exchange for the direct mixing between air and combustion products. Such a device complies
with EN 1596 dated 1998 standard.
WARNING
Such a device is for industrial use.
Using such a device into basements is dangerous.
Since such a device needs adequate air circulation, it should only be used in open air or rooms having an ensured and
continuous air circulation. As far as its installation is concerned, national laws in force, technical rules, as well as law pro-
visions concerning fire and accident prevention must be complied with.

MAINS CONNECTION

Before connecting to mains, be sure that the voltage and frequency are correct (230/240 V – 50 Hz). The mains connec-
tion has to be made according to the national laws in force.
Before carrying out any repair or maintenance operations, always disconnect the power supply cable and turn off the
cylinder.
FUEL AND CYLINDER POSITIONING
We recommend using only propane gas (C
butane mixture. In all cases the gas must be I
The device is to be set up in such a manner that no hot air is directed on to flammable objects (cloth, paper, wood, flammable
substances etc.). The gas cylinder must be placed in a safe position, behind the device. Make sure that no object may
obstruct the fan air intake .We do not recommend making use of less than 15 kg. gas cylinders.
WARNING: - Never use the generator without outer cover
- Only connect to supply mains equipped with an earth circuit breaker.
- Air outlet must never to be reduced/minimised for any reason whatesoever
- Generator must never be covered
- When working in open air and in temperatures under 0°C, we recommend using propane gas.
CONNECTION TO GAS CYLINDER
Connect to the gas cylinder in the following order: pressure reducer (already equipped with safety valve) and gas hose.
Consider that junctions are left threaded, so they need to be tightened by turning counter clockwise.Make sure that the
rubber ring has been fitted between the reducer and the cylinder (in case the type of connection require one); connect the
hose to the gas inlet socket. Check joint seal by pouring over some soapy solution-bubbles are evidence of a gas leak. More
cylinders can be connected so to reach a greater autonomy. The cylinder replacement must be carried out far from any
flame. Be sure that the gas tube position is perfectly streched.
Only the following accessories can be used to connect the cylinder:
• Flexible hose for liquid gas in accordance with DIN 4815 part 2, pressure class DK 6.
• Liquid gas pressure reducer in accordance with DIN 4811 part 1.
• Safety valve in accordance with DIN 30693, if the flexible hose is longer than 0.4 m.
