Troubleshooting
If you encounter any of the following
scenarios, please run through the following
troubleshooting steps before contacting
support.
No Sound:
a. Check if Reverb is powered on.
b. Check if the battery is dead.
c. See if the AUX cable is snugly connected to
both your external device and Reverb. Make
sure that the microSD card is snugly inserted,
with the gold contacts facing upwards. Check
if your external device has successfully
established a Bluetooth connection with
Reverb.
Distortion:
a. Check if the battery is low.
b. See if the AUX cable is snugly connected to
both your external device and Reverb. Make
sure that the microSD card is snugly inserted,
with the gold contacts facing upwards. Check
if your external device has successfully
established a Bluetooth connection with
Reverb.

c. If you are using Bluetooth, try moving your
audio source closer to Reverb, or establish a
clearer line of sight between the two devices.
