NOTICE

IRONING WITH STEAM

NOTA: Only iron resistant to heater.
Make sure that the safety stopper is well closed, otherwise part of the steam will
escape from this opening. The steam indicator switch on and off itself during the
use ; this is the correct way and shows that the appliance always contains the pres-
sure.
Unscrew the tank cap (4) and fill it with 1 litre of water, using the special funnel (9). Plug
the supply cord only after well closing the tank cap ; press successively on the button on/
off to switch on the steam station. When filling the tank, do not wet the iron rest making
sure that the water does not overflow (5).
Choose the temperature minimum ; for ironing every kind of clothes.
Waiting for the lighting of the indicator light of steam (9) and for the extinction of the indi-
cator light of steam button (10) .
Use the "Steam Holding System"(11) can keep the steam burst without the finger pressu-
re.
Release the button and the steam will stop
NOTA: during initial operation of the iron, a few drops of water mixed with steam may
come out of the soleplate until the temperature stabilizes. It is advisable to direct the first
jets of steam onto an old cloth until a uniform stable jet of steam is obtained.
After using it, leave the iron on the iron rest (5) and unplug the supply cord.
The iron must always be in movement on the cloth to avoid any risk of burns on it.
