Air-cooled liquid chillers with axial fans for ou-
tdoor installation (protection class IP24).
They are fi tted with one or more chiller circui-
ts. The evaporators are the pipe bundle type
with dry expansion. The entire series can have
up to three twoscrew compressors. The new
NSB A series is distinguished by high effi cien-
cy (EER) values thanks in part to the use
of refrigerant R134a, too. that makes it pos-
sible to obtain effi ciencies that are conside-
rably higher than the equivalent products that
operate using R407C. This result is also the
fruit of a careful study and scaling of all the
internal components to get the best out of the
characteristics of the R134a. refrigerant gas.
Particular care has also been paid to the sca-
ling of the exchangers, compressors and venti-
lators. All the units are tested and delivered
complete with refrigerant load and oil, (it
will be necessary only to make hydraulic and
electrical connections on site).

complete with partial heat recovery section.
In this configuration a refrigerant / water
heat exchanger on the gas delivery line and
a condensation check is added to every
chiller circuit unlike the base configuration.
The heater is specially scaled to guarantee
the recovery of the heat for the production
of cold water for use in bathrooms or
other.
(T) Total heat recovery Unit, complete
with total heat recovery section. In this
configuration a refrigerant / water heat
exchanger on the gas delivery line as well as
a three-way valve that provides for the cut in
of the total heat recovery is added to every
chiller circuit unlike the base configuration.
The heater is specially scaled to guarantee
the recovery of the heat for the production
of cold water for use in bathrooms or
other

NSB series chillers are available in 32 sizes.
When the numerous options are combined,
it is possible to configure each model in
the NSB series in such a way as to meet
the most varied of plant requirements. The
following configurator shows the methods
by which the commercial code of sixteen
fields that make it up representing the
options available is compiled.
