Adjusting the flaps
The flaps can be adjusted in relation to each
other with the connecting hinges, using the
oblong holes at the side (± 2 mm).
The centre gap can be adjusted with the height
adjustment screws (± 1 mm).
When unscrewing the adjustable buffer
possible noises of the connecting hinge can be
prevented.
Height adjustment
The height of the flap unit is adjusted with the
aid of the used concealed hinge. For setting
details, see the manufacturer's instructions.
In case of extreme light / heavy flaps and low
or very high pretension in the closing spring, it
may be necessary to regulate the closing force
of the fitting by height adjustment of the con-
cealed hinges.
If the flap is adjusted downwards, the closing
force acting on the lower part of the bottom
flap increases.
If the flap is adjusted upwards, the closing
force acting on the centre of the flap unit
increases.
