Connecting hinge with finger

If the connecting hinge is hindered by some-
thing during closing action it locks out automa-
tically when exceeding the tripping energy.
Thereby the lower flap is locked-out and folds
forward / below.
Lock-in of the flap unit
To lock-in the flap unit, it has to be closed and
pushed on the upper area of the lower flap.
This is practicable with a low appliance of
force and without any use of tools.
Now the fitting is functional again.
Adjustment of the damping system
Please adjust the damping system by means of
the set screw:
clockwise = slower closing
anticlockwise = faster closing
Attention! Do not pull out the damper.
Otherwise the product will become damaged.
After aligning the flaps and adjusting the
damping system, please mount the cover
caps.
