Solving of root cause failures:
1.
After over-heating, the PCB itself needs time to cool down. At lower temperatures < 85°C the
controller can be restarted.
2.
For security reasons, any short interruption of the sensor signal will lead to a stand-by of the
controller.

Lower / upper limits for set-point temperature
Limits for minimum and maximum temperature concerning the variation of the set-point temperature. The
values of lower and upper limits can be set between 0°C and 999°C.
6.4
Band of tolerance
Current actual temperatures inside the set tolerance-band are considered balanced to the set-point
value, signaled by the green LED-light on and the symbol
tings between ±0,5°C and ±10°C.
A wider band of tolerance chosen will lead to fewer switches of the Hybrid-Relay and accordingly to a
better life-time. For more accurate controlled temperature values the tolerance-band has to be reduced
up to the needs of the application.
