Accidental leackage
If during normal use your VortEssence gets knocked over and water enters the electronics
compartment at the bottom of the unit please:
1. Unplug the unit and remove the top lid.
2. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
3. Shake the unit gently to drain residual water and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
To ensure longevity of your VortEssence product, we reccomend cleaning it weekly as
follows:
1. Unplug the AC adapter from the power supply and remove the top lid.
2. Pour out any remaining water in the tank from the drain side.
3. Use a gentle diluted kitchen detergent on a damp cloth to clean the Sonic Cloud
diffuser plate at the bottom of the tank.
4. If the mist outlet is dirty you can remove the internal part of the top lid and clean it.
Attention: Please use normal detergent. Do not use chemicals or alcohol to clean the unit.
