Troubleshooting

Won't turn on
Low or no mist output
Water leaking

Is there enough waterin the tank?
-- Add water in the tank
Is the unit getting power?
-- Disconnect, check cablese and re-connect carefully.
Not enough/too muche water?
-- Add a suitable amount of water to the tank; water must never
be filled over the 100 ml (Max) line.
Dirty Sonic Cloud plate?
--Please clean the Sonic Cloud plate according to the
maintenance instructions.
Dirty air suction port on the underside of the base?
--Please clean the air inlet.
The top lid and inner cover may not be secured properly?
--Remove and reinstall correctly allowing the mist to flow
correctly.
Low temperature or high humidity?
--Under these conditions the mist may condense quickly into
water droplets.
