KNIFE SHARP
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
USAGE
- Make sure that the sharpener is completely dry and free of grease.
- Place the appliance on a flat surface. Plug the appliance into a mains
socket.
- Holding the appliance with your left hand, push the ON/OFF button, the
grinding wheel starts turning.
-Put the knife in the grinding slot ,pull the knife with a constant pressure,
4-6 times through the slot and on each side. Pay attention to that both
sides of slot should be used the same frequency,so that they can keep
the same sharpness.
-Unplug the appliance after each use.
