Searching for a contact

There are two ways to search for a contact:
On the Start screen
1 On the home screen, touch the People Hub
Tile to open your contacts.
2 Touch and enter the contact name
using the keypad.

To search by contact first initial, tap any of
the letters. e.g. tap the "a" shown above the
contacts starting with "a" and a list of initials
will be displayed to select.
From the application menu
1 On the Start screen, touch
application lists.
2 Touch the People and select the desired
profile.

To send a text message

• Begin typing a person's name in the To: box, and
then tap a matching contact name in the list.
Repeat to add more recipients, and their names
will be added automatically in the To: box.
• Enter the person's mobile phone number or their
email address in the To: box. To enter additional
recipients, tap Enter after each one.
