The pH value indicates acidity or alkalinity of water. A balanced pH improves the efficiency of water
treatment products and enhances user comfort.
Recommended pH: 6.8 – 7.4 (see Taylor Diagram)
Recommended TAC: 8 to 20° F (see TAC alkalinity)

Electronic box
Mount the box on a wall using the screws and raw plugs provided, if possible near to the filtration unit in
order to facilitate electrical connections and protected from water splash and condensation.
Important: ensure that unit controls remain accessible.
In order to prime the pH pump properly, it is important that the height between the end of the suction
pipe and the head of the pump should not exceed 2 meters.
Probe
A/ On the collar unit
Place the probe collar unit downstream of the filter and always before the injection collar or any other
equipment located on the filtration discharge (heater, chlorine injector, salt chlorinator...)
Remove the protective cap from the end of the probe before fixing it in its housing.
