b) Using the Sausage Accessory
 Assembling the Accessory
- Fix the mincer head into the location provided for this. Then place the screw in the mincer
head until it reaches the motor unit. Then fix the blade.
- After that insert the mincer grid you want to use, the sausage accessory and finally the
nut.
- Screw on the nut.
 Mincing the sausages.
The method of operation is the same as for mincing meat. Refer to the previous section, "Using
the Meat Mincer".
c) Using the Kebbé (Meatball) Accessory
 Assembling the Accessory
- Push the kebbé accessory (10) into the ring (12). Then screw on the nut.
 Making the kebbés.
