Here are some recipes. The order and the
measurements indicated should be used
for the ingredients as indicated in the
recipes to maintain the best results, after
the machine has been used a few times,
the ingredients can be altered to suit your
taste.
Tip: Add the yeast to the dry ingredients
(flour) and not to the liquid ones.
Menu 2: WHOLEMEAL BREAD
500g / medium colour
220ml of water
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil (10g)
½ level teaspoon of sugar (1.5g)
1 ½ teaspoons of salt (7.5g)
340g wholemeal flour
1 ½ teaspoons of dry yeast (5g)
Menu 3: French bread
1000g / light colour
360ml of milk
45g of butter
1 level teaspoon of sugar (3g)
3 teaspoons of salt (15g)
620g finely milled flour
Nearly 3 teaspoons of dry yeast (9g)
Menu 5: SWEET BREAD
500g (750g / 1000g) / light colour
230ml (350/450ml) of warm milk
4 (8/12) tablespoons of sugar
2 (3/4) teaspoons of salt
340g (500/680g) finely milled wheat flour
1 (2/3) teaspoons of dry yeast
Menu 6: CAKE
Almond cake / 500g / medium colour
3 eggs
40g of smooth butter
115g. of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar (1 teaspoon)
1 pinch of salt
160g of finely milled wheat flour
100g chopped almonds
Menu 8: PASTA DOUGH
This programme will take 13 minutes to mix
the ingredients and finish the programme.

Menu 9: YEAST DOUGH
With this menu you can make a yeast
mix using your own recipe, adding the
ingredients you wish. The programme
does not cook the bread and finishes the
processes in 1 and a half hours. Then bake
the bread in your oven or with menu 7
(bake) on this breadmaker.
Menu 10 BUTTER
With this recipe you can make your own
butter with whipped cream.
The higher the percentage of fat in the
cream the larger the amount of butter you
will obtain. You may have to repeat the
process if the fat content is relatively low
