Description
Charging
Battery is fully charged
Bad battery condition. Charger has ability to detect a weak or
damaged battery. If this LED function occurs, do not continue to
charge battery. Return it to a service center or a collection site for
recycling.
Hot/Cold battery. When charger detects that a battery is exces-
sively hot or cold, charging is suspended until battery has normal-
ized. Once battery is at a temperature between to 40 °F (4 °C) and
104 °F (40 °C), charger automatically switches to charging mode.
Battery overheating could be attributed to:
• Long continuous running
• Hot ambient temperature
• One or more cells are damaged
