A. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
Check not to find damaged or broken pieces when unpackaging the machine,if so,
replace them with original spare parts. In case of being electrical components, change by
the same reference approved machines, (if you have any doubt, consult the
manufacturer).
Align the two parts of the handlebar, placing the upper part in the lower part fitting.
Tighten the joining knob hard. (fig. 2, 3, 4)
Next, choose the handlebar lean with the knob, placed in the lower part. Tighten the
knob and check the handlebar is securely fastened to the holder. (fig. 5)
Hooking up
Connect the cable to the main.
During transport, pick the cable feeder up, rolling it. Do not move the machine
pulling the cable!
B. STARTING THE MACHINE
Items to be checked before starting the machine
Before using this machine, verify that no parts are worn out, damaged or broken. Should
you find any part that is not in proper condition, have it repaired or replaced
immediately.
C. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.-
The handlebar height adjustment will be carried out loosenind the lower knob
(fig. 5) until deciding the handlebar position (approximately at waist level) and
next, tighten hard.
2.-
Connect the machine to the power point, checking that mains frequency and
tension match the features plate of the machine. (fig.1)
3.-
Press the switch and the machine will bring into operation.
4.-
To work on horizontal surfaces, hold the machine by the handlebar. (fig. 6)
The right fitting will be carried out when bringing the machine into operation.
In the models with fluid container, we can provide products to help the user carry out the different functions of the machine.
The product has to be put in the fluid container according to the instructions and, to reach the brush/spare part in use, pull the lever placed in the handlebar left upper part to allow
the product to go down on the surface to work on. (fig. 10)
It is important to clean perfectly the fluid container after using the product.
D. SAFETY MEASURES
1.-
To ensure total safety, use gloves, chest covering, protective goggles and sound
protection.
2.-
Never use clothes that might get caught in the blade.
3.-
The forecast equivalent pressure (A) during cutting is lower than 70dB (A).
Nonetheless, we recommend the use of sound protectors.
4.-
This machine complies with Regulation CEI 1029.1, Machine Directive 89/392 and
its modifications and additions according to Directives and 91/368 and 93/44.
5.-
Unplug the machine before attempting any adjustment, service or maintenance
task. Use only with a differential with FI protection connector.
6.-
Keep the worksite clean. Untidy work areas and benches can cause accidents and
damage.
7.-
Never risk leaving the machines out in the rain or snow.
8.-
Do not use the machine in wet or damp places.
9.-
Keep the worksite well lit at all times.
10.- Never use the machine around inflammable liquids or gases.
11.- Avoid physical contact with surfaces which are framed or connected to earth.
12.- Prevent anyone not involved with the work at hand, especially children, from
touching the machine and the extensible cables. Keep unauthorised personnel
away from the worksite.
13.- When not in use, the machine should be stored in a closed, dry place, out of the
reach of children.
E. MAINTENANCE
Cleaning and maintenance
For a better preservation of the machine, it is recommendedto clean it with water after usage.
Not to apply pressurized water on the machine and electrical components.

Applications
Usage: RUBILIM-25 / RUBILIM-25-D is a profesional machine especially designed for
cleaning, polishing and furbishing of baseboards and stairs (footprints and counter-
footprints)
Recommendations concerning the work area
Pay close attention to the state of the area where the job is to be done. Keep it clean and
well lit. The machine should be kept clean at all times in order to ensure optimum
performance and the safest working conditions.
The electrical outlet must have an earth connection and protection in the event of
leaking (differential). When using an extension, check that the cable section is at least 2.5
mm².

To work on vertical surfaces, hold the machine by the handlebar unit at middle
height. (fig. 7)
7.-
Suitable spare parts of the material to be worked on should be used to get the
right results. To replace the spare part, the machine has to be placed in
horizontal position, unplugging from the main, and pulling (fig. 8) the brush will
be able to be replaced for the one needed. The way to join the brush to the
machine is with Velcro. (fig. 9)
14.- This machine will provide better, safer performance if used only for the task for
which it has been designated.
15.- Use the machine correctly. Do not force a small machine to do the work of a larger
one. Do not use this machine for purposes other than those described in the
instructions for use.
16.- Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery which could become caught in the
machine's moving parts. Anti-slip footwear is recommended when working
outdoors. Use protective caps for long hair.
17.- Use protective goggles, faceshields or masks to avoid dust in cutting operations.
Never tug at the cable in order to disconnect the machine. Keep the cable away
from heat, oil and sharp edges.
18.- Stand firmly on the floor and be careful at all times not to lose your balance.
19.- Keep a close eye on what you are doing, use your common sense and do not use
the machine when tired
20.- The use of any accessory or complement other than those recommended in this
instruction manual may be hazardous.
21.- This electric tool complies with the pertinent safety requirements. Repairs should
only be made by qualified staff using original replacement parts. Otherwise, the
user risks considerable injury
