1.- Press the bottom opening/closing (3) of the mixing arm and using the other hand help the
mixing arm to slowly elevate.
2.- Introduce the stainless steel bowl (1). For safety reasons, make sure that the bowl fits onto its
corresponding lugs.
3.- Use the transparent protecting lid (10), to avoid splashes of the mixture.
4.- Use the mixing accessory that you need for the operation.
Make sure to block in the drive shaft (2)

NOTE:
Short operation time: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than six minutes,
and then allow it to cool down for a further ten minutes.
5.- Put the ingredients in the bowl. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum limit of its
capacity.
6.- Press the bottom opening/closing (3) of the mixing arm and use the other hand to close it and
put it into its original position.
7.- Turn the regulador selector clockwise to select the desired speed.
8.- After finishing the process, press the bottom opening/closing (3) of the mixing arm, to open the
mixing arm. Remove the stainless steel bowl and deposit the food where you need it.
NOTE: For safety reasons, do not use the article for periods above 6 minutes of

operation.
