FILTER MAINTENANCE

The trolley is fitted as standard with a 90
the delivery line; both filters are equipped with by-pass valves which cut out the filtering
cartridge when it is clogged. (the valve is tripped at a differential pressure of 0.3 bar).
The delivery line filter is equipped with a clogging indicator (an electrical vacuum switch
is available on request) which rises as soon as the by-pass valve comes into operation. If
the indicator is tripped, transfer operations should be stopped, since both filters have
been bypassed and the oil is flowing without being filtered.
To clean the filter cartridges, blow through them from inside to out. The 30
should be replaced directly, without cleaning. To access the filter cartridges, unscrew the

screws which secure the filter lids on the top housing of the trolley.

Put the machine on a stable surface and in a position comfortable for the operator.

Make sure that the mains supply has the required voltage and frequency values.
•
Fit the plug in the electrical socket,press the "START" button and check that the
pump turns clockwise (in the direction of the arrow on the motor. If this is not the
case, reverse the wires on the power supply connecting plug.
•
Use the indicator provided to check that the filters are not clogged; otherwise clean
or replace them.

The trolley is very easy to use. After placing the suction pipe (pos.1 pic.1) in the oil to
be drawn in, place the delivery pipe (pos.2 pic.1) in the tank of the hydraulic system,
where the oil is to be transfered, then press the "START" button (FIG.2, POS.1A), it
stops when the fungus push-button is pressed. (FIG.2, POS. 1B).

Check whether the wall switch corresponds to the machine's switch poles.
Check whether the fuse of the wall switch is burnt.
