There are two types of alarms:
"AUTO-RESETTABLE" - as soon as the causes of the alarm are
removed, the system automatically restarts (the alarm remains
displayed until the "set" key is pressed). The presence of a
luminous dot on the display at the last digit indicates that
the alarm is auto-resettable.
"NOT AUTO-RESETTABLE" - a manual intervention is required
to restart the system after having removed the causes.
ALARMS - possible causes:
E01 - Safety level of the compensation tank
Auto-resettable alarm
It occurs when the condition of lack of water inside the
compensation tank lasts for at least 6 seconds; no function can
be activated.

activated.
E03 - Filtration pump thermal protection and contactor
NOT Auto-resettable alarm
no function can be activated.
E04 - Water temperature too high
Auto-resettable alarm

The temperature of the tank water has reached or exceeded
42°C; no function can be activated.
E05 - Temperature probe malfunction
Auto-resettable alarm
ATTENTION: No function can be activated. DO NOT GO IN
THE WATER
E06 - Safety thermostat trip
Auto-resettable alarm
ATTENTION: only on models with heater.
The electric heater cannot be started.
E07 / E08 - Malfunctioning heater contactors
Auto-resettable alarm
ATTENTION: only on models with heater.
The electric heater cannot be started.
E09 - Water loading maximum time - compensation tank
solenoid valve
NOT Auto-resettable alarm
The maximum opening time of the compensation tank loading
solenoid valve, saved in "P8" system parameter has been
reached.
E10 - Water levels not compatible - compensation tank
Auto-resettable alarm
It occurs when one level sensor in the compensation tank detects
the presence of water and one below does not; water is not loaded
in the compensation tank.
E11
Auto-resettable alarm
It occurs when functions activate before reaching the minimum
level in the compensation tank (or when, during operation, the
level has dropped below the safety level).
E12 - Outdoor temperature probe
Auto-resettable alarm
It may occur when the outdoor temperature probe is malfunctioning.
(Only if the heating function is set with heater or heat exchanger).
E0 / Cn - Communication error between power box and control
keyboard.
