2.- The Company promises to repair the product, as well as its defective parts and components,
without charge to the customer. (Within the term of the policy).
3.- In no case the repair time will exceed 30 business days from the date product is received at any
of the locations where this warranty may be honored.
4.- Parts, components, consumables, accessories, and spare parts may be purchased at the
above-mentioned service centers.
5.- All expenses incurred as a result of the fulfillment of this warranty will be the responsibility of
IMPORTADORA PRIMEX, S.A. DE C.V.
THIS WARRANTY IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.
• When the product has not been operated following the User Manual in Spanish.
• When the product has been modified or repaired by personnel not authorized by Importadora
Primex, S.A. de C.V.

purchased or at any of the locations listed above.
NOTE: In the event that this warranty is lost or misplaced, customer may request the issuance
of a replacement warranty policy to his/her dealer by presenting the appropriate sales receipt or
invoice.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ELECTRONIC AND/OR ELECTRIC PRODUCTS.
