Description of the CD Buttons
PLAY (27):
You can briefl y interrupt the playing.
The symbol in the display (20) fl ashes.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE button again to
continue playback.
SKIP - (22):
Press once = This starts the current track
again from the beginning.
Press a second time = This jumps back
to the previous track.
Press a third time = This plays the song
before etc. If the button is kept pressed
down, the machine starts to search
through the tracks.
SKIP + (26):
With this button you can jump to the
next or next-but-one track etc.. If the
button is kept pressed down, the machi-
ne starts to search through the tracks.
-/+ 10 (23/24): With these buttons you can only skip up
or down 10 tracks at a time.
STOP (28):
The CD is stopped.
REPEAT (25):
Press once = he current track is
repeated continuously (REP 1 appears in
the display).
Press a second time = the whole CD is
played continuously (ALL REP appears in
the display).
Press a third time = The function is deac-
tivated and the CD is played in the normal
mode.
Programmed Play
This can be used to program any desired sequence of
tracks.
1. Press the STOP key (28).
2. Press the PROGRAM key (21). „P01" (storage
position) appears in the display (20) together with the
abbreviation PROG. Use the +10/-10 buttons (23/24)
together with the SKIP -/+ buttons (22/26) to select
the desired track and then press the PROGRAM
button again (21). The display changes to memory
slot „P02".
3. Select the next track with the key (22/26-23/24) and
press the PROGRAM key again. Repeat the procedu-
re until all the desired tracks are selected.
4. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button (27). The playback starts.
The selected track numbers are shown in the display in
the correct order. Press this button to pause briefl y
the playback.
5. To play the programme again, press the PLAY/PAUSE button.
6. The device stops automatically once the entire
sequence of programmed tracks is completed.
Press once the
STOP key (28) to stop the playback
while retaining the program. „PROG" lights up in the
display.

The PROG control lamp goes out.
8. The programme is also deleted if you change to
another mode, e.g. RADIO, remove the CD from the
CD compartment or switch the machine off.
It is also possible to combine the programmed tracks
with the REPEAT function. After you have programmed
and started the device, please press the REPEAT button
(25) up to three times and then you can use the functions
as described under „REPEAT".

This machine of is able to play MP3 CDs. Up to 200
tracks can be compressed and stored on these CDs.
Your machine detects an MP3 CD automatically (the
word MP3 appears in the display). If you would like to
play one of these CDs, proceed as described under
„Playing CDs". Tracks can be programmed as described
under „Playing Back Programmed Tracks".
Note: Playback of CDs produced by the user cannot be
guaranteed due to the large variety of software and CD
media available.

Always remove the mains plug before cleaning the
machine.

Any marks on the surface can be wiped off with a
slightly damp cloth without any additives.
This device has been tested according to all relevant cur-
rent CE guidelines, such as electromagnetic compatibili-
ty and low voltage directives, and has been constructed
