Possible Causes
The gas is not open.

Check the main/single gas valve.
Open the pilot light valve, ignite it every 15 seconds.
Open/adjust the pilot light valve.

Close the units with gas to ventilate for 5 minutes.
Then open the gas and ignite the pilot light.
Turn the control valve to the "On" position. Set it
according to requirement after ignition.
Take out the burner and dry it thoroughly.
