Fit the air hose into the blower unit by
twisting slightly. Attach the other end of the
hose across the air flow control valve to
the connecting piece of the bubble mat
(Fig. 2).
It is recommended to operate the blower
unit, with connected hose and mat, for a
warm-up period of 5 minutes before filling
the bath with water. The integrated heating
heats the bubbling air up to at least 50
However, it is not possible to maintain the
desired temperature of the water for a lon-
ger time. Due to the strong whirling the
water will become cold faster than with a
proper bath.
Fill the bath with water up to a maximum
level of 20 cm. The water temperature can
be checked with the bath thermometer.
With dry hands only connect the mains
plug into the socket. Switch on the appli-
ance with the control knob.
At the end of the bathing period the blower
unit will switch itself off automatically. If the
blower unit turns off earlier, the thermal
monitor of the motor has switched off the
appliance due to overheating.
Possible causes are:
- The air intake slots in the base of the
blower unit are obstructed, e.g. by a
towel.
- The bubbling intensity is set too low.
- The appliance is too close to a heat
source.
- The air outlet nozzles are clogged.
- There is something obstructing the air
hose.
- The bubbling intensity is not set
correctly according to the accessory
being used.
In this case switch off and unplug the
appliance. After finding the fault, the
appliance is operational again after a
cooling period of maximum 20 minutes.
If this is not the case, return the appliance
for repair.
Bathing period
Do not take a bath with the hydromassage
directly after a meal.
When first using the air bubble bath,
bathing periods should not last longer than
10 - 12 minutes. According to tolerance,
the bathing periods can be extended
gradually to 30 minutes.
