To WIrE:
1. Thread wire leads through conduit to the High Current SPD Panel enclosure. Hole must be drilled
on the panel side you find most convenient to use.
2. Connect wires per Figure 2 as follows: Black to Phase (Line 1, Line 2, Line 3) as labeled on the
internal terminals. White to Neutral and Green to Ground as labeled on the internal terminals.
Terminal screw torque requirements: #10 AWG (35 in.-lbs.), #8 AWG (40 in.-lbs.), #6 AWG
(45 in.-lbs.).
3. Select circuit breakers as close as possible to the side of the SPD Panel you are using. 30A
circuit breakers are recommended (although a lower or higher rated breaker can be used since
the intent is to serve as a disconnect during servicing only), and may share SPD and branch
