Please check the following items before requesting service.
Symptom
Water leaks from the joint
between the pipe and the unit.
Water leaks from the unit.
The amount of water being
fi ltered has decreased.
A bad taste or smell develops.

Cause
Installation of the unit to the
pipe is not correct.
There is something
wrong with the tap.
The cartridge is not
installed correctly.
Cartridge is clogged.
The fi ltering performance has
decreased.
Remedy
Reinstall the unit.

Install the cartridge correctly.
