Introduction

Remote Control application

• Control a 230 V electrical appliance when away from home using a fixed
or mobile phone via the control panel with telephone dialler.
• Control a 230 V electrical appliance in Arm/Disarm mode when at home
using a keypad or remote control device via the control panel (on condi-
tion that the keys are programmed for the same remote control func-
tion).

For this application and for local control, the remote-controlled socket cannot be operated using
a keypad with touch screen or using the keys programmed for Toggle Switch or Timer mode.

Before you can use this application you need to configure your remote-controlled socket (see chapter on
"Operating options").

The control panel must
be programmed for
recognition by the remote-
controlled socket for this
application. To programme the
remote-controlled socket to be
operated by a different remote
control unit, the original control
panel programming must be
deleted as described in the
chapter on "Return to factory
configuration".
