OPERATION GUIDE
1. To open the lid, hold the handle and turn the lid clockwise till a click sound is heard then lift the lid
upwards.(pic 1,2)
2. Take out the inner pot and put the food and water into the pot.
Food and water can't be over 4/5 of the inner pot height. Easy expansion food can't be over 3/5 of the
inner pot height. Food and water can't lower than 1/5 of the inner pot height.(pic 3,4,5)

3. Put the inner pot inside the outer pot. Before that make the inner pot and heating element clean.
Don't put any debris inside the outer pot or on the surface of the heating element. After putting the
inner pot inside, turn the inner pot softly left and right. Keep the inner pot and heating element are in
good contact.(pic 6)

4. To close the lid.
• Check if the sealing ring has been put inside the stainless steel ring of the lid.
• Turn the sealing ring left and right to make sure if it evenly placed.
• For locking and unlocking the lid, there is a slot on the rim of the pressure cooker body. The lid has
to be placed accordingly on the body so that the locking mechanism coincides with this slot.
The "ON" position means unlock and the "OFF" position means lock
5. According to the pictures, turn the release valve to the seal position and check if the float is
dropped(the float should be dropped before working).(pic 9-a,9-b)
• Plug in and the display shows"00:00".
• "Timer" button(after press this set the time and press other function button is ok),press one time will
add 0.5 hour.0-24 hour can recycle.(Neglect this step if no need)
• "Warm/Cancel", on the standby mode press this button it will begin warm. If on the setting(function
selection or timer setting)mode, press this button then it will cancel all the setting and come into
standby mode.
Note: If the warm light is on, make sure cancel it before you do other operation.
• Cooking selections:" rice", "soup", "porridge", "chicken", "meat", "beans/bones" etc.
6. Open the lid and take out the food. When the display shows "beep" and the float is dropped then
you can open the lid and take out the food. Do as below:
• Press button "cancel/warm" to quit the warm mode.
• Turn the release valve to" steam release" position until the float is dropped. (pic 10-a,10-b)
• Hold the handle and turn the lid clockwise to the side limit. Then lift the lid and take out the
food.(Pic1,2)
• When you cook liquid food such as porridge or viscous liquid, when it shows" beep" , you can't lift
the release valve to release the steam. Make sure to wait it gets cool enough so that the float is
dropped. Then you can release the steam otherwise the food may spray.
