Setting the slicing thickness
Set the desired slicing thickness
(0-15 mm) with the help of adjusting
knob (7).
Using the spur clamp
To avoid direct contact with the slicer, use
the spur clamp (2).
Put the spur clamp onto the guide rail (9).
Use light pressure on the spur clamp
to push the food to be sliced onto the
slicer.

Inserting/removing the slicer
To remove the slicer (3), proceed as fol-
lows:
Pull the food tray (1) away from the
slicer or tip it downwards.
Loosen the central fixing screw (8) of
the slicer and turn it clockwise.
Hold the fixing screw firmly and take
out the slicer.
To insert the slicer, proceed as follows:
Insert the slicer. Pay attention to
proper seating of the slicer so that the
gearing can grip.
Tighten the fixing screw (8) by turning
it firmly clockwise.
NOTE
►
Use gloves or a cloth when remov-
ing/inserting the slicer. The blade is
very sharp!
